Phoenix Group is a global digital infrastructure platform operating across Bitcoin mining, AI compute, HPC, and energy-backed data center infrastructure. The company has evolved from a leading mining operator into a broader infrastructure ecosystem focused on powering next-generation compute at scale.
We partnered with Phoenix Group across two phases — first in 2024 and again in 2026 — to redesign and evolve the company’s digital experience as its positioning expanded from crypto mining into AI, HPC, and institutional-grade infrastructure.
The challenge was to create a UI/UX direction capable of communicating scale, technical depth, and global ambition while maintaining clarity across a highly complex infrastructure ecosystem.
Across both redesign phases, we developed a refined UI/UX system focused on structure, hierarchy, and institutional clarity.
The 2024 direction established a cleaner and more modern digital foundation for Phoenix Group’s mining and infrastructure operations. In 2026, the experience evolved further to reflect the company’s broader positioning within AI infrastructure, HPC, and data centers — introducing a more minimal, future-focused visual language inspired by industrial systems, power networks, and enterprise-scale compute environments.
Phoenix Group launched with a more mature and globally positioned digital presence aligned with its evolution into a large-scale infrastructure platform.
The refined UI/UX direction strengthened communication across investor, institutional, and enterprise audiences while creating a scalable framework capable of supporting the company’s rapid expansion into AI and data center infrastructure.
